XPeng Launches 5 New EVs in Australia in 6 Months — Every Spec and Price Revealed
XPeng is expanding rapidly in Australia, with five new models arriving over the next six months to compete with brands like BYD, Tesla, and Zeekr. The refreshed G6 electric SUV is already on sale from A$51,800, offering a lower price, improved technology, faster charging, and a new seven-year warranty.
Upcoming models include the X9 electric people mover, the L03 affordable mid-size electric SUV, and the G9L large seven-seat SUV. XPeng also confirmed its GX luxury SUV for Australia, while the P7 sedan is still under consideration.
Looking ahead, XPeng plans to introduce range-extender hybrid (Kunpeng) technology from 2027 and aims to launch its VLA 2.0 semi-autonomous driving system in Australia by the end of 2027, subject to regulatory approval.
