Chery’s new Lepas brand is bringing its L6 electric SUV to Australia in Q4 2026, tipped to start from around $35K — a RAV4-sized EV with 450km range aimed straight at the Tesla Model Y and BYD Sealion 7. Official Aussie pricing is still to be confirmed, but if the early estimate holds, it could shake up the mid-size EV segment
